Full stack AI engineering on Auto-Flow, an end to end travel booking platform where an AI agent handles the entire customer journey on WhatsApp, from lead capture to payment ready quotation, with near zero manual staff intervention.

  • Architected end to end AI travel booking workflow integrating WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API), LangGraph state machines and Celery task queues, reducing manual staff intervention from 20% of bookings to near zero
  • Built multistep LangGraph agent with async PostgreSQL checkpointing, handling interrupt and resume patterns across async external events (DMS email replies, customer confirmations)
  • Integrated Amadeus flight search and Hotelbeds hotel APIs with an abstract adapter pattern, enabling seamless mock and live switching via environment config
  • Implemented automated PDF quotation and invoice generation (WeasyPrint and Jinja2) with DigitalOcean Spaces storage and dual delivery via Resend email API and WhatsApp
  • Built React TypeScript admin dashboard with real time SSE conversation monitoring, JWT role based access control and full booking lifecycle management
