Full stack AI engineering on Triperated, an end to end travel booking platform where an AI agent handles the entire customer journey on WhatsApp, from lead capture to payment ready quotation. Shipped to production and handling ~20% of the human effort in the booking workflow.

  • Architected end to end AI travel booking workflow integrating WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API), LangGraph state machines and Celery task queues — shipped to production and handling ~20% of the human effort in the booking workflow
  • Built multistep LangGraph agent with async PostgreSQL checkpointing, handling interrupt and resume patterns across async external events (DMS email replies, customer confirmations)
  • Integrated Amadeus flight search and Hotelbeds hotel APIs with an abstract adapter pattern, enabling seamless mock and live switching via environment config
  • Implemented automated PDF quotation and invoice generation (WeasyPrint and Jinja2) with DigitalOcean Spaces storage and dual delivery via Resend email API and WhatsApp
